About the Role
Permanent part‐time Pharmacist based onsite at Slade Pharmacy Hollywood, inside Hollywood Private Hospital, Nedlands. You will work every Saturday from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm, with onsite paid parking.
Responsibilities
* Conduct medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation.
* Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products.
* Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharge.
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients.
* Support patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employees.
* Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the proper use of medicines.
About You
You are a Pharmacist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment and brings a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a patient-centred mindset. In this specialised setting, high-pressure situations are not uncommon, so strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise effectively are essential.
Essential Requirements
* General pharmacist registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice.
* Minimum 1 year's Pharmacist experience in Australia.
* Australian working rights, valid for at least 12‐months.
* Ability to commit to working advertised shifts.

* Experience in hospital pharmacy.
