We're helping them grow their finance team with a capable and proactive Bookkeeper who wants to be part of an innovative, high-impact organisation shaping the future of farming.
About the Role
As the Bookkeeper, you'll manage day-to-day financial operations, support internal and external stakeholders, and help refine accounting systems as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable: invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations, and vendor records
Manage accounts receivable: invoicing, debtor management, and aged receivables reporting
Administer and reconcile company credit cards
Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end and year-end processes
Assist with journals, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement of finance workflows
Skills & Experience
Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial reporting
Strong working knowledge of accounting software
Excellent organisation, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and maintain smooth processes
