Who are we looking for?
* Facilities coordinator/assistant ready to step into a facilities Manager role.
* 2+ years' experience in retail (Preferred)
* Strong contract and contractor management skills; building trade background preferred.
* Proactive, solution-focused, with effective written and verbal communication.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
The Role
Join our facilities Management team, a leader in delivering top-tier services to a national retail landlord. You will manage a portfolio of shopping centers across Glenmore Park & Penrith, providing exceptional client service, overseeing contracts, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of two retail centers, acting as the primary contact for maintenance and technical advice.
* Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with risk, statutory, and sustainability requirements.
* Oversee contracts, service providers, and essential services (AC, lifts, fire safety).
* Implement preventative maintenance programs and manage smaller capital improvements.
* Build and maintain strong client and tenant relationships.
* Prepare monthly reports and monitor energy, water, and operational performance.
