What you will need!
Demonstrate high level organisation and coordination skillsAbility to work independently Proven experience providing high level administrative support and adviceTraining an administrative team as requiredEmotional intelligence in difficult situation's Experience in planning and managing assets and resources to achieve targets Highly developed interpersonal and written communication skillsDriver's license essential and own transportCurrent working with children's card essentialMust be reliable and punctualMust have weekend and night availabilityHigh attention to detail Maintain accurate recordsTravel within the Northern Territory, sometimes at short notice to support disaster affected regions
What You Will Be Doing
Coordinate rostering, administrative requests and undertake daily resourcing and reconciliation'sAssess and finalise payments in accordance with guidelines.Provide guidance and mentorship to Welfare Group Support Officer's. Work closely with Welfare Group Team Leaders and Managers.Manage client requests with empathy and professionalism.Maintain records
