About The Role
Our team is growing again Due to some fun internal shuffling, we need to introduce a new administrative legend.
One thing we emphasise is flexibility. You may be looking for an opportunity that can be shaped around family or other commitments. For the right person, we want to work around those types of parameters. Balance is important
Days and hours are negotiable for that perfect candidate.
Your standard responsibilities will include:
* Client HR administration support
* Liaising directly with clients to drive processes
* New staff onboarding processes
* Populating document templates and reports
* Updating client HR platforms and general record-keeping
* Supporting internal client framework calendars/schedules
* General recruitment process support
* Monitoring and distributing client requests/shared mailboxes
* Creating and distributing staff surveys
* Internal team support
* Helping with documentation, presentations and collateral - creation/formatting/updating
* Supporting in booking meetings and managing schedules
* Basic researching tasks
* General operations
* Keeping internal platforms up to date, including SharePoint and
* Ongoing development and improvement of internal SOPs and resources

About You
We are looking for someone who is the perfect fit for this team and this role.
You will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* 2+ years' solid generalist administration experience
* Demonstrated experience in owning and driving internal processes
* Impeccable attention to detail
* Solid formatting and documentation capabilities - you can make stuff look nice
* Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
* You enjoy multi-tasking and mastering competing priorities
* A knack for building familiarity with new software
* Experience with Employment Hero or would be great - but not essential
More importantly, you will also possess the following qualities:
