Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Facilities Manager position based in Townsville, QLD. The Facilities Manager will oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the clinic, manage facility-related projects and budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Key responsibilities include supervising vendors, planning facility upgrades, coordinating repairs, managing maintenance teams, and ensuring that the clinic environment supports the delivery of high-quality medical care.

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
