About the Company

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join a large NSW government organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun team to help maintain and update the database systems. This role is located in Gosford with a hybrid work arrangement, paying up $32.16 p/h + super on a 3 month contract.

About the Role
Maintain and update the database systems as necessary with attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume work setting
Undertake tasks to ensure the maintenance of the accuracy and integrity of the associated databases
Adapt to changing functional requirements, new technology and an increasing focus on quality
Operate influentially working as part of a team and be adaptable to meet team objectives and responsibilities, but also required to work independently

About you
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
An ability to prioritise work, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Process tasks with accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume work environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Teams
Strong team player with a proactive attitude
Ability to work as part of a dedicated team on specific, timebound tasks to strict deadlines
