The Opportunity
The business entered the Australian market in 2024 through a local distribution partner and is now moving into its next growth phase.

To support this growth, the company is looking for a Customer Success Manager/Territory Manager to act as the local extension of the wider global team.
You'll sit between headquarters and the partner network, making sure resellers are enabled, customers are supported, and the brand is represented consistently in-market.
What You'll Be Doing
* Onboard and train reseller sales and technical teams
* Coordinate product demos and customer visits with distributors
* Ensure brand, pricing, and positioning guidelines are followed
* Spend time on the road visiting hire companies, job sites, and branches
* Work closely with the partnerships team to keep things running smoothly
* Provide short, practical weekly updates to head office
* Share insights that help shape future strategy
This role is ideal for someone who:
* Comes from equipment hire, construction, tools, industrial equipment, or renewable energy
