Make a real difference through food and connection. We're seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in the Adelaide Hills, delivering fresh, flavoursome, and beautifully presented meals that create a homely and enjoyable dining experience for our residents.
What You'll Do
* Lead all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations
* Manage food and labour costs within budget
* Oversee stock ordering, rotation, and inventory control
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
* Lead, develop, and inspire kitchen staff
* Collaborate with hospitality and care teams to deliver outstanding resident experiences
What You'll Bring
* Trade Qualification as a Chef or a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Demonstrated experience managing kitchen teams and operations (aged care experience highly regarded)
* Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
* Strong attention to detail and pride in meal presentation

Requirements:
* Hold a Trade Qualification as a Chef or a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Unrestricted Australian working rights are essential for this role.
* National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
