This also includes developing, implementing and maintaining corporate record management procedures and policies, ongoing support and training.Health Manager level 3, starting salary from $127,150- $144,444 plus Super, with a 38 hour work week.What you’ll be doingDevelop and maintain an efficient and effective records management framework to underpin agency compliance with the State Records Act 1998. This will include relevant components such as Records Management Plan, Policy, Procedures & Guidelines, Technology Roadmap, Corporate Electronic Document and Record Management System (EDRMS), Directorate and Business Line Records Management PlansEstablish and liaise with health agency stakeholders to ensure an effective support process is available and maintained to resolve records issues for users.Liaison, consultations, and negotiations with all levels of management to provide accurate advice, consultancy, and audits on records and information management issues.Proactively market and promote records and information services and solutions that meet the customer environment through promoting a performance based, innovative, responsive and accountable customer focused work culture.Interpret, monitor and evaluate records standards, procedures and policies relating to records and information management.About YouWe are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:Extensive experience in corporate records and information management in a large and complex/diverse service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent.
