What You'll Be Doing
* Developing Dynamics 365 & Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
* Building integrations with Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, APIs)
* Managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps
* Troubleshooting, testing, and deploying scalable solutions
* Creating clean, maintainable, and secure code
Leadership & Impact
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Dynamics 365
* Mentor developers and uplift team capability
* Define and champion development standards & governance
* Collaborate across tech, security, and business teams
What You Bring
* 5+ years of Dynamics 365 development experience
* Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Git
* A knack for translating business needs into smart technical solutions
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Bonus Points If You Have
* Experience with API integrations, OAuth2, REST/JSON
* Knowledge of Power Pages, Terraform, PowerShell
* Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600, MB-600)
* Agile/Scrum delivery experience
* Background in health insurance or financial services
