About the role
We're looking for a sharp and proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our team and drive top‐of‐funnel pipeline for monday.com. The role focuses on generating qualified leads from curated databases using modern outbound tools and targeted outreach strategies.
What you'll do
* Generate qualified leads through outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calling) using provided databases
* Identify the right ICPs and decision‐makers for pitching monday.com
* Use prospecting and enrichment tools to research, segment, and prioritize accounts
* Craft personalized outreach messaging with strong value articulation
* Maintain accurate activity and lead tracking in CRM
* Collaborate closely with sales and practice teams to improve conversion quality
What we're looking for
* 3–4 years of experience in outbound lead generation / inside sales
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to understand buyer personas and tailor outreach accordingly
* Sharp, detail‐oriented, and quick to learn new tools and messaging
* Self‐driven with a strong execution mindset
