We\'re working with one of Australia\'s leading brands who are investing heavily in their digital platforms. They\'re on the hunt for a Business Analyst / Product Owner to join a high-performing squad focused on transforming a critical part of the customer journey across web and app. This will be an initial 6 month contract with strong chance of extension.
The Role
You\'ll play a pivotal role in a cross-functional team, working closely with Product, Tech, and Design to deliver strategic digital initiatives that directly impact millions of customers. From shaping requirements and writing user stories through to backlog prioritisation and agile delivery, you\'ll be at the centre of driving a seamless and engaging digital experience.
What You\'ll Be Doing
- Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements
- Translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Managing and prioritising the product backlog in line with strategy
- Facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring smooth delivery
- Engaging stakeholders and keeping communication clear and proactive
- Identifying opportunities for process and product improvements
About you
- 3-5 years\' experience as a BA in complex environments
- Strong background in requirements gathering and backlog management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A passion for improving digital customer experiences
