DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU:
* You're currently a Service Coordinator or managing multiple jobs that involve organizing a crew, but somehow that translates to being the unofficial magician who makes miracles happen with zero resources and even less sleep. Management doesn't listen unless you shout through a megaphone while juggling flaming wrenches.
* You're away so often your kids have started calling the mailman "Dad," and your partner refers to you as "the person who occasionally appears and leaves his socks everywhere."
* Your knees creak like haunted floorboards, your back has filed a formal complaint, and you're starting to wonder if "less on the tools" could mean "more on the couch."
If this sounds familiar, congratulations—you're living the dream. The exhausting, tool-heavy, family-missing dream. So, if you yearn to be the calm in the storm, not the storm itself, read on…
We're looking for someone who seeks a genuine relationship with management, where no megaphones or interpretive dance is required, because we all talk the same language.
* Your daily schedule is for the most part, balanced, with organised rotations that actually let you be a part of your kids growing up, instead of just aging in their school photos.
* Your partner will know you're coming home every night and doesn't need to track your movements like a wildlife documentary.
* You're respected for your expertise, not just your ability to fix things at 2am with electrical tape and hope.
* You're off the tools more often, because we hire smart people who can do their job with minimal supervison (if any at all).
* You're free to do what you do best, focusing on planning, mentoring, and strategic coordination.
Your knees? Silent.
Your back? Unbothered.
Your life? Actually feels like yours again…
BUT WHAT IF...?
You're not burnt out, you're young, fit and… just bored and under-utilized?
* You've been coasting in your current role, ticking boxes, but there's no spark, no challenge, and definitely no clear path forward.
* You're learning zip, pip, zero and feel like everyday you can't breathe because you're SO BORED
* You've got the skills, the drive, and experience running projects and teams, from start to finish, but no one seems to notice.
* You're manager isn't going to be quitting anytime soon. He's in a sweet spot and will be there until he retires.
OR maybe...? You've come from a defence background, coordinating complex electrical jobs with military precision, and now you're ready to bring that expertise into a civilian role with more strategy and less chaos.
In other words, you might not have the full resume of a seasoned Service Coordinator, but you've got the leadership chops, the technical know-how, and the hunger to step up. You're not just looking for a job—you're looking for a progressive career move that's going to grow you.
WHAT WE OFFER:
* Diverse Locally Based Work in Industrial/Commercial sector
* Highly Competitive Remuneration Package
* Work-Life Balance and professional development offered
* Great for career advancement or Supervisor seeking to come off the tools (*Co-ordinators from Commercial, Engineering or Defence will be considered)
* Relocation potential for the right candidate
