Cutting List & Installation Detailer – Wardrobes & Shower Screens

We’re looking for a detail-focused, practically minded person who takes pride in producing error‑free cutting lists and explicit, easy‑to‑follow installer documentation — and who gets genuine satisfaction from improving systems and processes.
You’ll interpret site measures, scopes of work, and drawings; identify discrepancies; and prepare accurate cutting lists and material orders that make installation seamless.
But this role goes further — you’ll help lead how we document, digitise, and improve procedures, and assist with rolling out new software for measuring, purchasing, and production.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have proven success in a desk‑based technical or planning role (not your first move off the tools)
- Enjoy accuracy, structure, and practical problem‑solving
- Are skilled in Excel and computer‑based documentation
- Understand drawings, measurements, and mechanical fitment
- Communicate clearly and work well with a small, close‑knit team
- Are curious about better systems and capable of helping others adapt
- Can occasionally travel to visit sites to understand installations and to help train installers in new digital tools
Full‑time role, Bathurst NSW. Rewarding salary package, dependant on experience
