With many sites and cabins offering direct beach access and ocean views, choose from an array of accommodation options including private villas, cabins or two-story coastal villa stays, or get back to nature on a powered or unpowered camping or caravan site. Your Opportunity We are seeking a friendly and professional Park Manager to oversee the successful operation of our Merry Beach Holiday Park. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. You’ll lead a team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure the park provides an outstanding guest experience. What You’ll Do
Lead the team to deliver a high level of customer service to all guests and residents Manage rosters, staff performance, and recruitment of new team members Oversee the park’s financial and resource planning, including consumables, grounds and building maintenance Support refurbishment projects and new cabin developments Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with park standards Manage collection of outstanding payments Respond to guest or site emergencies as needed What You’ll Bring
Experience in managing similar assets, preferably Tourist or Caravan Parks Strong operational and project management skills Proficiency in booking systems such as Newbook or similar Excellent communication and leadership skills High-level administrative and financial management capability A hands-on approach and a passion for guest satisfaction Why You’ll Love It Here
