About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our friendly team at our Ballina clinic. This is a permanent part-time role, working one day per week on a Friday. We understand the importance of balance, so we offer some flexibility with hours to help you manage work and life commitments. If you enjoy working in a busy clinic environment and take pride in supporting patients with care and professionalism, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm and welcoming customer service to our patients.
- Manage appointments and procedures with care and efficiency.
- Handle patient enquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Process patient invoices and documentation with accuracy.
- Maintain a well-organized and professional reception area.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in reception or customer service (healthcare experience is a plus).
- Experience with Best Practice software is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Medicare billing processes is preferable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a professional presentation.
- Flexibility with working hours and a positive, can-do attitude.
