Outstanding Rural Healthcare; leading our community to a healthy futureOrbost Regional Health is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified personal care attendants to undertake the role of Personal Care Assistant in our high-level aged care facility Waratah Lodge and our low-level aged care facility Lochiel House. Applicants must have some flexibility to pick up shifts at short notice.Brief outline of Position including Job Responsibilities:Successful applicants will be responsible for providing home-like, person-centred care in a safe and secure environment for residents of Waratah Lodge. Candidates should have previous experience in personal care and a demonstrated commitment to aged care, have basic computer knowledge and skills, an understanding of OH&S issues relating to this position, have a friendly and helpful manner, be able to work as part of a team, and demonstrate flexibility and commitment.
