Morgan Stanley’s Global Capital Markets serves as the nexus between Investment Banking and Sales & Trading. This includes traditional market coverage and underwriting groups, as well as product groups focused on providing customised capital structure solutions for clients.
The Derivative Solution team focuses on private side risk management solutions, across interest rates, foreign exchange, and commodities. They internally partner with various divisions and externally cover the entire client spectrum.
This role requires a dynamic individual to develop derivative solutions for clients, run transactions, and foster relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Develop derivative solutions for clients to manage market risk around bespoke financing, M&A situations, other events, and general risk management
* Run and execute transactions spanning across Foreign Exchange, Interest Rates, and Commodities derivatives
* Act as primary and secondary client coverage, continuously sourcing and generating new opportunities
* Foster and maintain relationships with all internal stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in sales, structuring, or trading with a strong understanding of financial markets and derivatives. Technical knowledge of derivatives and structured products is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
