Flexibility is important to us, and we know it is to you, too - this role supports hybrid working by agreement. * Deliver virtual engaging, professional learning and development sessions, tailored to audience needs and supported by strong emotional and interpersonal intelligence.* Provide positive, respectful support to new starters, fostering an inclusive and welcoming orientation experience.* Role‐model organisational values and professional standards, contributing to a culture of excellence, integrity, and high‐quality service.* Collaborate with the Orientation Coordinator, content owners, and subject matter experts to manage logistics and ensure orientation content is accurate, engaging, and aligned to program objectives.* Maintain accurate records, monitor feedback and performance metrics, and generate regular reports highlighting key outcomes and improvement opportunities.* Continuously enhance orientation delivery processes, ensuring seamless service across People & Culture and an exceptional experience for UnitingCare employees.* Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies. This may include a Nationally Coordinated Police Check, Right to Work in Australia* Experience delivering blended learning programs to diverse audiences, including virtual classrooms and webinars.* Strong understanding of adult learning principles, L&D methodologies, and delivery systems.* Effective time‐management skills and ability to work in fast‐paced, complex environments.* Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder‐management capabilities.* Commitment to ongoing professional development and experience working in multi‐disciplinary teams.* High proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).* Desirable: Understanding of Health Sector levers, drivers & external forces.* Desirable: Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment- up to $15,900 per year tax free as well as up to $2,650 of your pre-tax income to pay for meal and entertainment benefits.
