We are seeking an experienced Concrete Patcher. You will be responsible for repairing and finishing precast concrete products, playing a critical part in delivering high-quality panels. Scope of work Patch and repair defects on precast concrete products to meet quality standards Prepare surfaces for patching by cleaning, grinding, and applying bonding agents Mix and apply patching materials, such as cement-based mortar, to the affected areas Maintain a safe and organised work environment, following all health and safety protocols About you Proven experience in precast concrete patching and finishing, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Problem-solving skills and the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a crew Follow health and safety regulations in the construction industry If you are an experienced PATCHER who understands the CONCRETE PRECAST landscape and is ready to step into a stable, well‑structured role, we encourage you to apply.
