About the Role
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key part in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, overseeing delivery logistics, and supporting both administrative and warehouse teams. This role suits someone organised, confident, and capable of seeing multiple moving parts aligned to ensure projects run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Track and manage deliveries of materials, equipment, and supplies to and from the warehouse and job sites.
Coordinate scheduling for maintenance tasks, project works, and site activities.
Oversee and support administrative, warehouse, and field staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain accurate documentation for orders, deliveries, inventory, and project progress.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding operations and logistics.
Assist with procurement and stock control, including ordering materials and organising inventory.
Ensure operational compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and industry standards.
Provide general operational support including reporting, documentation, and coordination tasks.
Key Requirements
Experience in operations coordination, logistics, scheduling, or similar roles.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills with confidence interacting with clients and internal teams.
Competence in procurement, stock control, and delivery logistics.
High attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy.
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with systems such as ServiceM8 or MYOB (or similar platforms) in advantageous.
Must have full working rights in Australia.
