We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our People Solutions Division to provide operational and advisory support throughout the internal business and to external clients. The role is exciting and diverse and provides an opportunity to see a multitude of HR situations and apply commercial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely, practical HR advice to managers and employees on policies, procedures, employment obligations, and workplace matters.
* Implementation of an HRIS system in Q4 2026.
* Support frontline leaders with minor employee relations and case management matters, including performance management, conduct and policy interpretation.
* Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, modern awards, company policies and procedures.
* Support HR Administration, Recruitment and Training functions based on operational requirements.
* Prepare and manage HR reporting, including client reporting, exit interviews, stay surveys and workforce metrics.
* Review and update policies and procedures in line with legislative and operational requirements.
* Support the implementation of People & Culture projects and initiatives across the business.
Skills & Experience
* Qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline, or significant equivalent practical experience.
* Experience in Human Resources, including operational experience in an HR Advisory capacity.
* Proven experience providing employee relations advice, including performance management, policy interpretation and working with modern awards.
* Ability to build positive working relationships within the wider business.
* Willingness and proactive in learning and finding solutions.
* Ability to work confidently under pressure and manage competing priorities.
* Strong understanding of confidentiality, professionalism and business ethics.
* Experience across a series of industries would be well regarded.
* Ability to network and build upon a current client base.
Work Environment

This role is primarily office-based with some travel to clients as necessary. The position works across an 8 division advisory business as well as working with external clients in an advisory capacity. There may be some WFH available once settled into the role.
