Key Sales Position for Pet Lovers
We are seeking a skilled and passionate sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your designated territory.
This role is perfect for someone who has a genuine passion for pets and animals. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, including independent grocers, corporate and specialty retailers, and multi-site operators.
Your responsibilities will include facilitating training sessions with sales staff, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal contacts, delivering customer sales through the implementation and execution of Field Sales Cycle Plans, and ensuring customer/shopper engagement through shelf and merchandising strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be an outgoing and commercially savvy person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to have a full unrestricted Australian drivers license.

1. Facilitate in-store training sessions on Purina products and superior nutritional solutions
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external customers and key internal contacts
3. Deliver customer sales through the implementation and execution of Field Sales Cycle Plans
4. Call regularly on Metro and regional customers to effectively deliver on cycle targets
5. E nsure customer/shopper engagement through shelf and merchandising strategies
