**A summary of the requirements are as follows**:
Materials receiving, storage, handling and distribution, including the use of tablets and vertical storage machines;
Quality in-inspection and off-site inspections of stock;
Returning repairable items to Suppliers;
Processing and updating of inventory records - Including updating all asset movements in Maximo;
Preparation of servicing, overhaul, change-out kits, etc.;
Organising and coordination of couriers / freight to various locations;
Carry out inventory stock takes and spot checks;
Other requirements as directed by the Fleet Maintenance Logistics Lead and respective site Supervisor Service Maintenance (VLine).
**Key Requirements**:
Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Excel;
Holds an Victorian drivers and forklift licences;
Be willing to undertake further training to achieve additional qualifications if required.
