About the Role:
* Domestic Assistance to upkeep of the home
* Providing personal care with activities of daily living
* Mobility support
* Maintaining and monitoring the client's plan, including documentation and progress note keeping
* Liaising with clients, families and relevant professionals
* Maintaining privacy and dignity for the client and have respectful interactions.
About you:
* Experience in Community Services, Individual Support and a genuine interest in empowering individual independence
* Ability to respectfully maintain our clients' right to dignity, privacy & dignity of choice
* Certificate 3 in community services or individual support is highly desirable
* Hold Unrestricted Working with Children's Check
* Current National Police Check, current First Aid and CPR Certificate
* Full Driver's License and Own Car
* Comprehensive Car Insurance
