**The Role**:
**Essential Skills & Responsibilities**:
- A solid background within CRM & Lifecycle Marketing roles, driving strategic change
- Demonstrated experience with managing Customer Data platforms, with exposure to multiple CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Klaviyo, Emarsys, Yotpo or similar
- Extensive knowledge of customer journey mapping & behaviour-triggered communications strategies
- Solid experience with developing personalisation and automation strategies, strong segmentation experience & a highly analytical approach
- Experience in people management would be highly advantageous
- A background in Luxury, Retail or Fashion would be very highly regarded, but not essential
