Your new company
You will deliver a wide variety of quality administrative support services to internal and external customers in line with DAF policy and directives. CBS is a diverse team with 36 offices and over 90 staff across the state, delivering customer services to all business groups within the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries and its external customers.
Your new role
* Demonstrate proficiency in the use and maintenance of administrative and customer support systems, utilising relevant tools to provide efficient and effective delivery of administrative and customer services.
* Demonstrate commitment to continual learning and development, including seeking regular feedback on ideas, suggestions and solutions from relevant stakeholders.
* Follow a defined process and apply legislative requirements when processing applications/licences/permits or providing information to customers.
* Work effectively as part of, and contribute to, the wider Customer and Business Services administrative and customer service support team, continually seeking improvements in the way in which work is performed.

* Support our internal business groups by providing high-level of consistent administration support.
* Be able to operate in a virtual environment to complete required duties to achieve outcomes in line with defined service standards /

* Undertake specific administration duties as directed.
