Whether you're from FMCG, trades, mechanics, or simply love working with tools, bikes, or cars — if you're curious, practical, and ready to learn, this could be the role for you.
What you'll be doing:
* Operating and maintaining high‑tech production machinery
* Doing pre‑start checks, keeping things running smoothly, and problem‑solving on the go
* Stocking materials, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with your team
* Building skills across 1–2 key areas of the brewery during paid training

Shifts:
* Peak season (December): 12‑hour day shifts, 6:00am–6:00pm
* From December onwards: rotating AM/PM shifts (6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–12:00am) + occasional night shifts
* Candidates who can't do nights may still be considered for 12hr days + rotating AM/PM shifts
* Mechanically minded people who enjoy practical, hands‑on work
* Problem‑solvers with a willingness to learn
* Backgrounds in FMCG, trades, plant/equipment operation, mechanics, or engineering (all valued but not essential)
* A forklift licence is a bonus (not required)
