Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Workshop Supervisor role based in South Trees, QLD. The Workshop Supervisor will oversee daily workshop operations, manage maintenance and repair schedules, and ensure equipment and vehicles are operational and regulatory compliant. The role involves supervising workshop staff, ensuring safety standards are met, maintaining inventory and equipment records, and meeting high customer service and satisfaction standards. Collaboration with team members across projects is essential.

* Strong supervisory skills, including team coordination and leadership capabilities
* Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance and repair processes related to equipment and vehicles
* Ability to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery
* Experience in managing workshops and associated operations
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in a workshop environment
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in mechanical or engineering fields are advantageous
