The opportunity
Rockingham Psychology is seeking qualified Psychologists to join our growing practice and help us deliver exceptional mental health care to our community. This is a full-time role based in our Rockingham, WA 6168 office, with the flexibility to choose your own hours and work schedule.
What you'll be doing
* Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clients
* Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health concerns
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, holistic care
* Maintaining detailed clinical records and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
* Contributing to the development and refinement of our clinical practices and procedures
What we're looking for
* Fully registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia
* Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in a clinical psychology role
* Strong clinical skills in evidence-based psychological interventions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients
* Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
* Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage a varied caseload
