The Position
* Registering and processing of export documentation
* Preparing and coordinating export shipments
* Booking and coordinating along with liaising with shipping lines and transport companies
* Providing customer shipment status updates and solutions to customer service team
* Strong relationship building with external stakeholders and customers
* Liaising with internal departments
The Requirements
To be successful in this role you will display:
* Proven freight forwarding experience
* Cargowise experience would be highly regarded
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Adaptable and strong work ethic in a fast paced environment
* Full time working rights within Australia
