Administration Officer Role
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support, ensuring efficiency and accuracy while assisting team members in achieving shared goals.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality administrative support that promotes productivity and prioritization.
* Develop and maintain accurate systems and registers.
* Act as the first point of contact for employees and clients.
* Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, plans, and reports in accordance with industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience working in an administrative or project support role.
* Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of Project Management processes and planning.
* Certificate II in Business Administration.
