**The Company**
Our client is an ever-growing Construction & Engineering Organisation, and they need your expertise in Recruitment to work with their White-collar Recruitment team. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will add value through recruiting white-collar employees, implement effective processes and be a pivotal player in improving recruitment and retention strategies.
**The Role**
- Managing/supporting with end-end recruitment, including, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Utilising various recruitment tools to proactively source, attract, engage with and pipeline talent.
- Drafting job descriptions and working with hiring managers to establish recruitment needs.
- Screening and sourcing talent through a range of channels.
- Coordinating the recruitment process
- Supporting with offers of employment
- Assisting with onboarding of new hires
- Recruitment admin/strategy development
**Your Skills & Experience**
- Proven end-to-end Recruitment experience in a similar industry is highly desirable
- You are extremely process driven, and able to implement and follow procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to organise and collate documents and data with a structured manner whilst ensuring accuracy and suitable filing
- Ability to adapt to market trends.
- Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with hiring managers and team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.

To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has experience working in a similar Recruitment position, specialising in White-Collar! You will be a resilient individual who will strive to meet the challenges of the market and implement a working strategy. You are an individual who is motivated by being highly organised and structured, being able to set targets for yourself and structure your day accordingly. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels and thrive on implementing processes based on your previous experience and robust working ethic. This will allow you to thrive working in a fast paced and consultative HR framework which focuses on business growth and personal up-skilling.
