About The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing ANZ, the HSW Governance Advisor will be required to undertake research and drive development and maintenance of the HSW Management System (HSWMS), ensuring simple, accessible and fit-for-purpose frameworks are in place to manage HSW as well as appropriate supporting frameworks to verify embedment and application of HSWMS requirements within the business.
Your key responsibilities will include:

HSW Frameworks / Management System

· Lead the development, maintenance and enhancement of the TTI ANZ HSW framework / management system, including document control, data and records storage.

· Work collaboratively across the business to identify, elaborate and drive improvements and integration of the HSWMS, including opportunities to simplify the HSWMS.

· Monitoring for and evaluation of the impact of existing, new and upcoming legislation and ensure change management plans are proposed proactively.

· Provide guidance on compliance, regulation and licensing regimes, whilst writing, revising and / or improving system documentation.

Monitoring / Verification

· Drive development, scheduling and implementation of TTI ANZ audit regime (internal and external) in consultation with relevant stakeholders / activity owners.

· Direct and indirect verification of awareness and application of the HSWMS, including collaboration on advice and guidance around remedial action/s to address gaps.

Partner with key stakeholders through proactive influencing, inclusive and engaging people methodologies.

· Build and/or enhance business HSW capability and insights.

· Provide advice, interpretation and guidance on application of the HSWMS, as well as leading practices and legislative/regulatory requirements.

· Identify gaps and determine, prioritise, evaluate and recommend appropriate solutions aligned with business objectives.

Operational Management

· Lead HSW governance and reporting activities in support of the Head of HSW, ANZ.

· Continually look to embed and improve all P&C department and overall business culture and change initiatives.

· Support the management of strategic and operational P&C risks and issues.

About You

You will a Cert IV in WHS combined with solid experience in development, implementation and continuous improvement of management systems, preferably ISO45001 and related audit tools, including Management System Auditor qualification. A minimum 3-5 years' experience in the application of key safety management system activities, such as Risk Management and Incident Management and the following attributes:

· Effective communication skills, with an ability to import knowledge and coach others.

· Demonstrated experience in influencing and driving change across a diverse organisation.

· Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence outcomes to win/ win positions.

· Experience in various MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio).

· Strong attention to detail and well organised and

· Experience within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
