About the Role
Field Supervisor – Telecommunications Service Stream | Victoria | Permanent | Full time. We're seeking a dynamic Field Supervisor to lead and develop a team of nbn(R) Technicians across Victoria. In this hands‐on leadership role, you'll drive performance, champion safety, elevate customer experience and ensure high‐quality field delivery across our Operations & Maintenance program. If you thrive in the field, enjoy mentoring others and take pride in delivering results, this is an opportunity to step into a role with real impact.
Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and mentor a team of technicians to deliver safe, high‐quality work
* Drive KPI achievement through effective scheduling, field presence and performance management
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including public authorities and client representatives
* Conduct quality audits, troubleshoot escalations and provide technical guidance
* Ensure safety remains front‐of‐mind through toolbox talks and adherence to HSE standards
* Identify training needs and support technician development
* Champion a customer‐first culture through excellent service delivery
Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience within field operations
* Telecommunications industry experience
* nbn enable registration
* Construction White Card
* Current unrestricted driver's licence
* A collaborative, customer‐centric and safety‐driven mindset
