Shifts Available & Pay Rates (negotiable based on experience):
* Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm → $31.19 per hour
* Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm → $35.87 per hour
* Night Shift: 11:00pm – 7:00am → $40.55 per hour

About the Role
We are seeking LCM Production Operators to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts within our Liquid Compound Management / Masterbatch area.
This role involves the handling, dosing, and management of liquid additives and masterbatches used in polymer compounding. It is a hands-on position requiring forklift operation, manual handling, and physical work, with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and process control.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating within the Liquid Compound Management (LCM) / masterbatch area
* Handling, transferring, and managing liquid additives and masterbatches
* Accurately dosing materials according to production requirements
* Operating a forklift to move materials and containers
* Performing manual handling and physical tasks as required
* Supporting compounding and production operations
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the LCM area
* Following all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Requirements
* Valid Forklift Licence (LF) – essential
* Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
* Experience in polymer manufacturing, compounding, or masterbatch processing preferred
* Strong attention to detail and process discipline
* Ability to work assigned shift (day, afternoon, or night)
* Reliable transport and strong attendance record
* Full Australian working rights
