The Repair Café is a welcoming space that is designed to help the community learn skills to repair, and mend broken or damaged items.
Perfect opportunity for any volunteers who would like to share their skills and meet likeminded people in the community.
We need your help with everything from computing and hacking to repairing household items.
Running every 2nd Sunday of each month from 1pm-3pm at the Parks Library, volunteers support in:
Assisting with preparation and pack up of materials
Sharing knowledge and skills with community members on how to mend, repair, create and tinker
Assisting STEM Library staff as required during the activities and events
Providing added support to participants
Individuals who enjoy creating, repairing and sharing skills are encouraged to apply.

Time Required – Every second Sunday of the month from 1-3pm
