About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on work, problem solving, and helping people restore their properties after damage. You'll be attending sites across the Central Coast and surrounds, carrying out restoration works, assessing damage, and ensuring all projects are completed to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Attend water, fire, and mould damaged sites to perform restoration and remediation works
* Use moisture meters, dehumidifiers, and drying equipment to mitigate damage
* Prepare site assessments, reports, and job documentation
* Liaise with clients, loss adjusters, and internal teams to ensure clear communication
* Follow all WHS and environmental procedures on site
About You
* Previous experience in restoration, construction, or insurance repairs
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
* IICRC qualifications (Water, Fire, or Mould) highly regarded but not essential
* Current driver's licence required
