**The Role**
- Ensure customers (both internal and external) are provided with a timely and professional service.
- Continuous improvement of service and skills
- Respond to and co-ordinate the resolution of users' ICT problems
- Provide service desk support in a network environment
- Provide desktop support in a network environment
- Provide level 1 systems support and user support
- Work collaboratively with 2nd level, system administrators and ensure service continuity
- Provide training to new starters
- Assist users in the development of their software skills in a network environment
- Maintain and update documentation
**Your Skills & Experience**
- 1+ years' experience in a similar role in an enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of Office 365 Administration tools.
- Effective escalation management.
- Ability to effectively identify and resolve complex issues.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of networking principles.
- Experience working with SOE.
- Experience with Sharepoint.
- Mandatory experience troubleshooting Office 365.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS/DHCP and desktop support.
- Experience and knowledge of working within the ITIL framework
