Member Support Consultant
Drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service as a key member of our team. As the first point of contact for many members, your interactions will significantly impact their fitness journey.
* Proactively contribute to club sales through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
* Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities
* Achieve required lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
* Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
* Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
* Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
* Assist with opening and closing the club according to the club roster
* Participate in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey
* Maintain regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
Requirements:
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Problem-solving mindset - provide solutions that meet the needs of potential members
* Effective communication skills - talk to anyone with ease and inspire them to take action
* Goal-focused drive - continuously look for new ways to excel yourself
* Team player - rally through hard times and celebrate personal and team success
* Customer-focused - build rapport with people of all backgrounds and help them achieve their goals

We offer a competitive OTE of $60,000-$65,000 made up of base salary and commission, plus super. In addition, we offer a complimentary Platinum Fitness membership, anniversary leave days, and an additional free gym membership for friends and family as part of our recognition for service awards.
