About the Role Reporting directly to the Directors, the General Manager will have full operational responsibility for the business. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing production, installation, people management, and overall business performance. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, maintaining high quality standards, and fostering strong collaboration across all departments and with external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and support a team of 10–15 staff across production, installation, and administration Oversee daily production and installation operations to ensure quality, safety, and delivery targets are met Conduct and facilitate weekly management and operational meetings Develop, manage, and report on annual budgets and financial performance Oversee HR functions in collaboration with department managers, including recruitment, performance management, and staff development Liaise with affiliated companies to ensure operational alignment and collaboration Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and customers Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and workflows About You Proven experience in a senior management or General Manager role Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and develop teams Experience overseeing manufacturing, production, or installation-based operations Exposure to window and/or door manufacturing and installation (highly regarded) Solid financial acumen with budgeting and reporting experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Practical, solutions-focused mindset with a high level of accountability What We Offer A senior leadership position within a well-established, WA-owned company Family-friendly working hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm Monday to Thursday, with a 1:00pm finish on Fridays Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the direction and growth of the business Supportive Directors and a collaborative, down-to-earth working envvironment If interested, apply today and I will be in contact
