Job Description
* Provide administrative support to the Community Relations team.
* Assist in organising and coordinating community events and activities.
* Maintain accurate records and manage data entry tasks efficiently.
* Respond to enquiries and provide information to stakeholders in a professional manner.
* Support the creation of promotional materials and communications.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
* Assist with the preparation and distribution of newsletters and other communications.
* Contribute to building strong relationships with community members and partners.
A Successful Community Relations Assistant Should Have
* Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
* An interest in community engagement and supporting others.
