What You'll Do
Execute flawless service and high-standard food production to ensure every traveller enjoys a world-class experience before they fly. Uphold the highest standards of safety by strictly following HACCP and aviation security protocols, which are critical in the airside environment. Demonstrate agility in a high-volume setting, adapting your workflow instantly to match changing flight schedules and passenger peaks. Serve as a professional ambassador for the airport precinct, maintaining immaculate presentation and a courteous manner at all times. Work as a cohesive unit with your colleagues to ensure operational success and support the team through every busy shift.
About You
Desired Skills and Experience
You must possess a valid background check and the ability to obtain and hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC). Reliable private transport is non-negotiable to ensure you can attend all rostered shifts at the Newcastle Airport location on time. You possess the flexibility to work a rotating roster that adapts to the specific needs of airline schedules. Demonstrated industry experience or relevant trade qualifications (such as Cert III Commercial Cookery) are required to maintain our service standards. Exceptional personal grooming and a professional demeanour are essential requirements for this public-facing environment.
