This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with cross functional teams especially our Marketing, Commercial and Restaurant Ops Teams and drive improvements across our entire Supply Chain.What you can expect in the role:Implement, manage and improve the GYG Supply Chain Planning processesManage monthly forecasts at category, family, and SKU levels, reviewing prior period assumptions and refining outlook assumptionsConduct scenario analyses and provide recommendations on tactical and strategic marketing and promotional opportunities.Build relationships with Planners and Operations staff at Vendors to proactively identify gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Participate in regular Vendor Management Reviews to drive Supply Chain performance.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on supply chain-related decisions, including relocations, contingencies, and broader supply trade-offs.Support Vendor Management business processes with input into procurement strategy and supplier agreementsExtract data from various sources to support forecasts and other analytical requirements to convert data into insights and actionable knowledge.Support other projects within the business as required You'll enjoy this role if you have:Relevant experience in a customer centric field in Quick Service Restaurant, FMCG or Retail sectors.Experience in leadership of S&OP processesTertiary qualifications in a relevant quantitative discipline such as Business, Supply Chain, Science, Engineering or relatedHigh level of attention to detail and sound organisational skillsHigh analytical skills and competency, with the ability to provide insights in data analysisAbility to positively engage and influence cross-functionally, especially where other departments may not have had deep exposure to S&OP, IBP best practices.Experience in ERP systems for PlanningPragmatic, flexible and grounded persona, comfortable in managing ambiguity and situations with sometimes conflicting prioritiesSuperior numeracy skills including MS ExcelStrong computer/IT acumen including the ability to use balance of Microsoft Office suiteBenefitsWe're incredibly proud of our amazing people and always have each other's backs.
