About the Role
* Responsibilities include grain sampling, receivals and plant hygiene, control room operations, fumigation management and preparing grain for shipping while focusing on safety, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
The role requires physically demanding tasks such as bending, stretching, climbing ladders, computer data entry and working in confined spaces, at heights and in a hot and dusty environment.
Roster: 4:4 shift patterns consisting of four 12-hour days, sliders and nights.
Requirements
* Experience working in a team-focused environment in the grain handling industry is essential.
* Basic computer skills are required.
* Possession of FEL, EWP, MR or HR tickets/license is highly advantageous.
* Ability to work at heights, confined spaces and in dusty environments is necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will need to reside in Esperance or in a nearby area.
