About the role
This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can make a real impact on safety culture, training standards, and operational performance—while working a roster that supports balance (FIFO 4/3 12hr shifts). This is an underground operation with an established, high‐output mining operation.

* Maintenance Supervisors / Leading Hands
* HSE/Safety Advisors
* Trainers & Assessors
* Senior Trades (HD Mechanics, Fitters, Auto Electricians)
* Maintenance Planners
* Production Supervisors
Provided you bring strong maintenance exposure and a passion for safety and training. Responsibilities
* Responsible for training and compliance for the underground mobile maintenance team
* Develop, implement, and maintain safe work procedures and promote high safety awareness
* Develop, coordinate, and monitor procedural systems, processes, and training in accordance with company and legislative requirements
* Conduct verification of competency assessments for all employees to ensure skill requirements are met
* Undertake regular inspections and task observations to ensure compliance and a safe work environment
What we are looking for
* Underground or Surface Mining maintenance experience
* Experience in competency‐based training and assessment methods
* Previous exposure to incident investigation, auditing processes and workplace inspections
* Knowledge of the Workplace Health and Safety Act and Workplace Health and Safety (Mining) Regulations
Qualifications required
* Relevant Trades Certificate
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or working towards)
* Minimum "C" class Manual unencumbered drivers licence
