Job Title: Program Director for Nuclear-Powered Submarines

About the Role
This is a key leadership position that requires enterprise-level vision and strategic planning to align program objectives with government and defence priorities. As a Program Director, you will be accountable for delivering Australia's nuclear-powered submarine capability, including acquisition of Virginia Class and build of SSN-AUKUS platforms, as well as delivery of sustainment and supporting systems.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership across the NPS program, ensuring program execution meets Australia's security, safety, regulatory, and capability requirements.
* Collaborate closely with national and industry stakeholders to drive program success.
* Report directly to the Director-General of the Australian Submarine Agency (ASA).
