Your Role
As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll guide our Retail and Ads offerings from initial conversation through strategy hand-off. You’ll listen carefully and provide thoughtful recommendations, ensuring our clients feel confident in every step of their Amazon journey.
Partner Engagement:
* Nurture inbound inquiries and build your own lead list through thoughtful outreach.
* Understand each brand’s unique challenges and goals, then tailor solutions in Seller/Vendor Central (SEO, suppressed-listing fixes, promotions, A+ content, storefronts) and Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, DSP, etc.).
* Present clear, data-driven proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with our Retail and Ads teams to ensure smooth project kick-offs and seamless delivery.
* Keep our CRM updated with transparent notes on prospects, activities, and next steps.
* Contribute to realistic revenue forecasts and celebrate milestones as a team.
Who You Are
* Experienced & Empathetic: 2+ years selling digital or e-commerce solutions (agency, in-house, or SaaS). Familiarity with Amazon or marketplace industry experience is a big advantage.
* Strategic Communicator: You can distil complex ideas into concise, compelling proposals—and you’re comfortable facilitating workshops and preparing slide decks.
* Organised & Insightful: You manage multiple clients with ease, use data to inform your recommendations, and follow through on every detail.
* Collaborative Spirit: You thrive on teamwork, welcome diverse perspectives, and believe shared success is the best success.
