**Job Opportunity: Community Housing Maintenance Coordinator Role**
We are seeking a dedicated professional to contribute to our team, focusing on community housing maintenance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
This is a full-time role based in Ballarat that supports the Housing Operations team and oversees the delivery of maintenance, compliance, and improvement across our state-wide property portfolio.
* Prepare maintenance orders on relevant systems, efficiently managing tasks and resources.
* Distribute maintenance requests to private landlords and contractors, ensuring timely completion of works.
* Prepare and collate invoices for reimbursement from stakeholders, maintaining accurate financial records.
* Maintain financial records, providing transparency and accountability.
* Manage maintenance complaints, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
* Travel to properties to assess works and provide access to contractors, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
This role offers flexibility with working hours and travel is involved. You will be reimbursed for mileage and accommodation expenses.
